Greg Durham - Baytown Boot Camp Owner, 5:15 am and 6:30 pm Instructor

Greg Durham, Master TrainerGreg Durham is a NESTA Certified Adventure Boot Camp owner/instructor, EZ8 Running coach, PFIT and SCW Fitness Personal Trainer.  Greg is passionate about fitness and helping others achieve their fitness goals.  Greg grew up playing sports.  He excelled in the game of basketball at the high school level, going on to play in college.  He enjoys the power of teamwork and sportsmanship, and relishes the opportunity to help people of all fitness levels live a healthy lifestyle with both fitness and nutrition.  He has continuing education in kid's fitness, pilates, strength and conditioning training.   He will inspire and encourage you to achieve your personal best in life.

He instructs the morning and evening Boot Camps in Baytown and the Running Boot Camp that meets all over the Bay Area. He and his wife Cindy are raising their five active sons, Garrett, Connor, Dyllan, Bennett & Maddox in the Bay Area.

Dr. John Spencer Ellis - Support Staff

Dr. John Spencer EllisAdventure Boot Camp was originally developed by Dr. John Spencer Ellis, who has been an innovator in the fitness industry for more than half his life.  He began his life of fitness at age 12, and has continually educated himself in the areas of fitness, sports conditioning, medical advancements, education and business.  John is a personal trainer, fitness consultant, trainer of personal trainers, media advisor, medical exercise specialist, mentor, life coach, and peak performance consultant.  Since the late 1990s, John has operated an Adventure Boot Camp in Orange County, CA and oversees the Spencer Escape fitness retreat center in Big Bear, CA.  After years of research, hundreds of hours of instruction, experimenting with various teaching methods, camp formats, and nutrition programs, the Adventure Boot Camp method emerged.  This is the method you will learn.
